Wheeling Pressure Washing FAQs

Can you pressure wash in the winter?

Yes! At 33 degrees, we’re good to go.

What is the difference between pressure/power washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing is generally used to clean hard surfaces like concrete and masonry. Soft washing is a low-pressure chemical application and rinse process to remove mold and mildew from all types of substrates (which can include concrete and masonry, but also painted steel, stucco, siding). In the presence of mold and mildew, soft washing provides a result pressure/power washing alone simply cannot.

What makes industrial power and pressure washing services hard to find in Wheeling?

Few service companies can match our credentialing, training and quality standards. If you don’t care about that, you can find other companies to power/pressure wash. All. Day. Long.

Do you work year round?

Yes!

Why would I want to clean my municipal water tower?

Water tower cleaning extends the life of that expensive paint job, and it removes unsightly mold and algae.

Why would I want to clean the roof of my facility?

White membrane roofs lose their reflective quality when blackened by mold, lowering efficiency of the desired cool-roof effect. Mold can also be drawn into the building by air intakes. Dirty roofs are unsightly.

What equipment do you use when pressure washing or power washing?

We use off-road capable tank-supported rigs with both steam and cold water units. Our stable of lifts and rope access capabilities mean that almost no substrate is out of reach. Oh, and, sometimes, drones. Yep! Flying pressure washing is coming!

Do you have water reclaim capability?

Yes. We can reclaim and filter or reclaim to tanks, depending on your site set up and location requirements.

What are the benefits of hiring a pressure or power washing service that provides its own water?

We can provide services where water is not available. Think: isolated water storage tanks, compression stations, remote oil and gas facilities.

What should I look for in an industrial or commercial pressure washing service?

Safety prioritization, industrial knowledge, over-equipped and over-qualified.

Whom do you serve?

We serve customers who share our priorities of safety, security, professionalism and quality. We specialize in service solutions for high security and difficult access facilities, including corporate campuses, healthcare, institutional, industrial and utility facilities.
