Glass restoration
In addition to regularly scheduled and post-construction cleanup window cleaning, we offer both mechanical and chemical glass restoration. For instance, the haze the irrigation system leaves on the those bottom two rows of glass? We can take care of that.

West Virginia Window Cleaning FAQs
How often should I have the windows cleaned at
my facility?
Quarterly to bi-annually are common schedules for large campuses, with entrances often cleaned monthly. Special inside projects (such as atriums and high access areas) are often scheduled bi-annually or annually. During our onsite consultation we can discuss the specific needs of your facility.
What certifications are needed to clean windows commercially in West Virginia?
Certifications are national and based on industry. We have every certification related to our trade, but we also hold many industry-specific certifications. For instance, as we serve many hospital systems, our techs all have HIPAA compliance training. Our work most closely mirrors the construction industry, so all techs carry OSHA 10 cards, or higher. In order to safely operate lifts, all techs earn their Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) certification.

What if my facility has difficult-to-access buildings or structural elements?
We specialize in access. Specifically, we specialize in safe, legal, OSHA-approved access. If you want the company who will hang their bosun’s chairs from your toilet vents, don’t call us.
Do you offer other high-access services?
Yes! “While-you-are-up-there” service offerings include security camera cleaning or component replacement, high dusting of chandeliers, light fixtures and exposed duct and beamwork, as well as light bulb replacement. Or . . . removal of those balloons that have been stuck on the ceiling for six months!
What about atriums and skylights?
Of course we clean atriums and skylights! These usually fall under “special projects,” as they may require off-hours or shut-down scheduling. With our access expertise, we can even help design the fall protection system for your structural element while in the design phase, or for retro-fitting. Glass maintenance on atriums is sometimes neglected; but that’s ok. We can chemically restore your atrium, removing the 20-year funk.
Can you come out and clean just one (or two, three or ten) window(s) I can’t reach?
No. Hard pass.
