Would you like to join the premium window cleaning brand in Ohio specializing in difficult access and high-security corporate campuses?

Currently we have full-time field tech positions available. Hourly wages are based on experience and the amount of training needed. If you can be flexible with us during busy times, we can be flexible with you. Trainability required; experience not necessary. Punctual arrival, preparation, and dignified dress and grooming are part of our premium brand culture. Your driving record must qualify you to operate company vehicles and pull trailers. Safety is a cornerstone of our culture, and you will participate as both trainee and trainer in our comprehensive safety program.

You must be willing to work at height on roofs, ladders and aerial work platforms in all weather. Skills you will be trained on include conventional window cleaning, use of water-fed pole systems, glass restoration, roof and gutter cleaning, high dusting, relamping, operation and basic maintenance of equipment, lifts, vehicles and shop. Heavy lifting is required, as is the ability to understand, setup and maintain fall restraint/fall arrest/fall protection systems, hot and cold pressure washing, time management, and to generate site specific safety plans.

We work outdoors in all weather, hot and cold, all year long. During the busier spring and fall seasons, 10+ hour days are possible. Overnight travel is expected a few times a year. We work some major holidays (at time-and-a-half), occasional evenings and weekends.
